'Koncept wellness', in this hospital, hospitality is very excellent. Dr.Harini behaved like a close relative for each and every patient. All the sisters are very good hearted and always served with a smiley face. Really we had a homely atmosphere there. Every staff of the hospital are with so much kindness. Dr Mohanaselvan of Koncept Wellness is very kind and courteous. I have been coming here for the last one year and found a good improvement in my health. I find the staff here at the hospital very good and especially the reception staff namely Latha madam, Arunika and Devika madam are very friendly and supportive. I have recommended this wellness center to a lot of my friends and relatives and they have all benefited from this place. They are very thankful for the same. My husband and I had treatment in Koncept wellness hospital. Dr Sankar Mohanaselvan is very kind and considerate.With few blood tests he diagnosed the root of my ailments and the chronic pain ,fatigue etc Doctors Arvindth and Harini are very helpful even when questioned so many times Needling by Dr. Sankar removed my pain to a great extent. Physiotherapists Narmatha and Diwakar (who helped me mostly ) treated me patiently.All the sisters Indra Suja, Beula are very helpful. I.V Therapy-was very useful.. Sisters in the I.V section Mahalakshmi, Bhagyalakshmi, Shakthi and Rubica are very efficient. and attentive. The staffs are very nice.Especially the P.A Latha. responds quickly and kindly whenever we call. Overall a nice experience in a hospital ( yes indeed) because we are improving.
